Enjoyed an evening combining all of the elements with my favorite people, my soul sparks fam. After some intense energetics the past few weeks, it was a much needed respite that uplifted my soul. May I continue let go of the suffering that has become such a familiar companion and remember to continually choose surrounding myself with experiences and people that being me joy and expansion. (Suffering does bring expansion, but it’s not the only path)

I cannot fathom a better way to spend the day than fully letting go of 2022 and welcoming abundance desires into 2023 with cacao plant medicine, sound healing, breath work, seated yoga, collective energetic meditation and most importantly…intending.
