So thankful for the seven sisters coven. You know who you are.

I have an oracle card over my vanity that says, “Say yes to life and life will say yes to you.”

I received a really cool crown gift from my soul sis @rahsar_ on my birthday. Thank you! ✨🤍

This photo was moments prior to being asked by @feather_dearstead if I would wear aforementioned crown everyday for a month….I said yes.

Ever read @shondarhimes book, “A Year of Yes”? Well, this is kind of like that. Except not so long and not so terrifying.

However, as Feather pointed out, it’s like an adventure that you weave into your everyday life. Who might I meet and what cool connections or conversations might be had, sparking from this whimsical decision? This might change my life. Or not. Who knows!? And that’s pretty much the point.

Also, @drjoedispenza says that to create a new reality for yourself, you have to break the automated patterns of your life to introduce something new, such as getting out of the bed in the opposite side that you usually do. Wearing a crown when I normally don’t. Check. Lol.

So if you see me out around town sparkling, you’ll kind of know why. But maybe I can tell you more about what I’m learning about myself, other people and the universe through this process.

Hopefully this sparks a curiosity filled act in your life too! Say yes!

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom who is no longer on

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom who is no longer on this earth plane, but always with me.

I wasn’t ready for her to be gone, but the lessons it brought have been empowering and invaluable and I feel her presence so strongly now. She visits me and my sister in Dreamtime and I talk to her and my grandmother regularly. They come to me to share insights on what is happening on a bigger level and help me know what to do and how to proceed to help myself and others. We are a great team.

They showed me themselves once, linked arm in arm in beautiful long brightly colored silk dresses. They were both wise and youthful and giggling with joy as they walked a path towards a ton of twinkly lights. They were headed to a cosmic party. How can I be sad when they are so happy!?

So thankful for my maternal ancestors and honored to do healing work in myself that will positively affect them. They are my greatest cheerleaders.

Thinking of you today and sending you love if your mom, grandmother or child is no longer on this earth plane. Peace be with you. 🤍

Sisterhood is magical and necessary.

We are designed for community.

Western culture would have us believe that we are weak if we can’t do everything on our own. I believe community and collaboration is where the magic lives.

So grateful for these magical, wild medicine women, fairy beings who uplift me and enrich my life beyond measure.

May we all be a soft place for someone to land, a safe place to rest and rich soil to encourage growth.

Light language can be expressed in multiple ways.

Light language can be expressed in multiple ways. Spoken, sung, signed with the hands and drawn.

I do all three, but I thought that drawn/written was my least powerful way of expressing, until I wrote these codes. Every time I “read” these codes by looking at them, my mind hears them again and my whole skull tingles.

Then, I tried to put them into a text box for a graphic and it translated them into numbers. I googled the numbers and discovered….it’s the color hex for green…the heart chakra color. So, as I’ve always known, light language is the language of the heart!
